Welcome to our website.  We hope you find the information on these pages useful.  We are located 20 miles east of Salem in Lyons, Oregon and we serve the Santiam Canyon, Salem and all surrounding areas.  We offer heating and cooling system installations for residential and commercial applications, planned service maintenance agreements and emergency service work. About Us...

Carl E. Robins, Jr., Sales/Owner:  Carl has been a registered H.V.A.C. contractor since 1994. He has been in the H.V.A.C. (heating, ventilating and air conditioning) industry since 1987.  He has a wide range of experience which includes coordinating large commercial projects and also service and installation of residential and small commercial jobs.  He completed his journeyman sheet metal training in 1993 from the State of Oregon.  Carl is most interested in high efficiency heating and cooling systems and indoor air quality.

Richard Adams, Lead Service Technician:  Richard has been with us since 2003 and he brings with him over 18 years experience in the H.V.A.C. trade.  He graduated from Universal Technical Institute in Phoenix, AZ in 1987 with certifications in Heating, Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Solar.  He graduated with Scholastic Honors-  Student of the Phase Award 8 of 11.  He is our lead service technician and handles our residential and commercial accounts.
